Returns Policy
All HI-POD sales are final. If you have a defective warrantied HI-POD item, we will replace or repair that item at no cost to you.
The HI-POD PRO unit has a 5 year warranty physical warranty. Hi-Pod Lite comes with a 2 year physical warranty. Other electronic items packaged with the HI-POD (camera, lcd, batteries) have a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Cables have 1 year "wear and tear" warranty.
If your HI-POD is not working properly and is within the above warranty periods, we will repair or replace those items. If your damaged Hi-Pod item is outside of the warranty period, we can repair or replace that item for a nominal fee.

Please note that the shipping rate for HI-POD units is a fixed rate.
